Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for subscription plans under the following conditions:

  • Full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have used fewer than 10% of your monthly credits
  • Pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase based on unused credits if more than 10% has been consumed
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, you may request a full refund regardless of credit usage
  • Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for remaining unused months at any time

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the billing date for monthly plans, or within 30 days for annual plans
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription period

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been consumed through audio extractions
  • Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for policy violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through our website with your account email and order details
  2. Include the reason for your refund request and any relevant information about technical issues
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your remaining credits. No further charges will be made. If you wish to receive a refund for the current billing period, please submit a refund request separately.
